XUR 290K (1972) - Bedford VAL 70 with Plaxton C53F body
New to Morgan, Bongnor Regis. This vehicle has been with several operators including Abbeyways of Halifax.
The coach was aquired by member, S Maxwell, Brandesburton in 2002.

The following 2 Bedford VALS below, were aquired second hand by Abbey Coachways in 1970's. Both were withdrawn from service and stored at Abbey's Goole Premises with other withdrawn vehicles. They were both aquired by TBG member, P Watts in 1991. However in 1992, the TBG were offered to purchase the vehicles. Both vehicles were sold for further preservation to two TBG members, both Bedford VAL enthusiasts.

RBC 345G - Rare Duple Viceroy 36 body. Long term restoration for VCC (D HOWDLE - 29.8.04)
RBC 345G (1969) - Bedford VAL 70 with Duple C52F body
New to Cook of Dunstable, the coach was aquired by Abbey Coachways of Selby in 1976.
This coach is an long-term restoration project for Vals Classic Coaches of Staffordshire. The project started during 1990's and is still underway.

RBC 345G + FYG 663J - Rare Duple Viceroy 36 body + Rare Willowbrook bus body. (M REDGATE - 1991)
FYG 663J (1970) - Bedford VAL 70 with Willowbrook B56F body
New to Wignore, Donnington. This rare bus bodied VAL was aquired by Abbey Coachways in 1972.
This unique vehicle is owned by Member, R Price (Bishops Castle), and is currently awaiting restoration.
